Flour (all-purpose)
Bread crumbs (panko)
Egg

Step 1

Add panko breadcrumbs & flour into separate shallow bowls. Crack the egg into a third shallow bowl. Season with salt & pepper then whisk.

Chicken tenderloins

Step 2

Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. Dredge each tender into the flour, shaking off any excess. Then, dredge the chicken tenders in the egg, followed by the panko. Set aside on a plate.

French fries (frozen)

Step 3

Place the French fries in the air fryer basket. Cook according to package instructions, stirring halfway through. Alternatively, cook the fries in the oven for 15-20 mins at 400°F.

Step 4

Meanwhile, add the chicken tenders to the second air fryer basket. Air fry for 15-20 min at 350°F. Alternatively, bake for 10-15 min in the oven at 400°F.

Dijon mustard
Honey

Step 5

Meanwhile, prepare the honey mustard sauce. In a bowl, combine: the mustard & honey.

Step 6

Once the fries & chicken tenders are golden brown & crispy, remove them from the air fryer.

Spring mix lettuce

Step 7

Serve the air-Fryer chicken tenders with a side of crispy fries & green salad seasoned to your liking. Enjoy!
