📲 Why has the navigation on Jow changed?​

We’ve redesigned the navigation in the app to make it easier for you to access your recipes, promotions, and orders. This change was guided by your feedback and aims to simplify your experience on Jow.

📕 Where can I find the recipe catalog?

To access the recipe catalog, you can:

• Generate a menu from the homepage "grocery" tab and then click "Add another meal"

• Access it directly from the "Explore" tab on your homepage.
  👉 Your ordered recipes are now located in the "Orders" section of your profile.

• ​Note: As we are in the testing phase, the "Explore" tab may not appear on your app. In that case, you can access the catalog from the homepage once your menu is generated.

🥗 How can I access my ordered recipes?

You can find your ordered recipes in your profile under the "Orders" tab. Once in the details of your order, click "See recipes" or "Ordered recipes" to access them.

🤑 Where are the promotions and offers?

Find all your offers and promotions in the "My Wallet" tab:

• Your promo codes

• Jow challenges

• Store loyalty cards

• And your Jow card

🎲 Where can I find my challenges?

You can find all your challenges in the "My Wallet" tab of your app under "Your Jow Challenges"!

🤔 Does this change affect my orders or recipes?

No, nothing is changing with your orders or recipes. These adjustments are only meant to simplify your journey on Jow.
