Once you finalize your cart, you can check out on Jow. You’ll be redirected to your grocer’s site and prompted to sign in again. Jow will charge you once your order is successfully placed.
Please note, you may see a second charge from Jow a few days after placing your order. This can happen due to:
Differences in the weight of fresh or bulk items during preparation
Substitutions made by your store
Items you added directly on your grocer’s website after checking out on Jow
If your order confirmation from the grocer shows an unexpected amount or card number, don’t worry — this is linked to the Jow card (which allows us to offer you exclusive discounts!). For the most accurate transaction details, head to your Jow profile and click into your order details.
