When you order from Jow, you benefit from the same promotions as you have with your provider.
You can add a voucher on the checkout page, the voucher field will be displayed right after you select your delivery slot and before processing the payment. If a Jow Support Specialist extends a courtesy voucher, you will find it in the "See My Vouchers" tab on the checkout page.
You can only add one voucher per order.
Unfortunately, once your order has been paid and validated, it isn’t possible to add a voucher. In some cases, we may extend a courtesy voucher for your next order, but it may not be of the same value.

Jow introduces a new way to save on your groceries: Complete challenges and receive discount coupons redeemable on Jow as a reward! ✨
Jow challenges are only available on H-E-B for now but we plan to extend it to further grocers in the futur !
Jow Challenges are missions assigned to you by Jow, allowing you to unlock rewards on your Jow card. The challenges can vary, such as filling out your profile or posting a homemade recipe!
You can find all available challenges in the "Jow Challenges" section on the homepage.
By visiting your profile, the challenges section will allow you to track your progress, your rank, and the upcoming challenges you can unlock.
For now, the challenges are only available to new Jow customers, but we are also working on ideas for challenges that could be made available to our loyal customers!
Once you’ve completed a challenge, click the “claim” button on the associated card to collect your reward.
Once the challenge is validated, the reward is credited to your Jow card in the form of a coupon valid for 3 months.
Completing challenges allows you to unlock new levels. Each level reached gives you access to new opportunities to earn rewards!
To be validated, some challenges may require order receipt confirmation, so there may be a delay between the challenge validation and the reward reception.
Challenges that require purchasing recipes involve buying at least 3 ingredients per recipe. Ingredients that are removed and then manually added from the aisle will not be counted. Conversely, if an ingredient is unavailable at the time of order preparation by the store, it will still be counted.
Jow reserves the right to modify the description and/or the reward amount of a challenge at any time, as well as its end date (expiration date).
A challenge that is no longer displayed in the ongoing challenges section is no longer available and cannot be completed.
Jow Vouchers add even more savings to your order! Eligible vouchers are offered to first-time users as well as existing users and can be found in the notifications tab (the little bell icon) in the app or your email.
Vouchers a typically available for only a one-time use and have minimum requirements and expiration dates.
