Orange Garland
A beautiful and fragrant orange garland is perfect to decorate your tree or your home! We won't tell anyone if you eat a little bit of it ;-) All you need to make it is a few oranges and some string!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 215°F. Cut your oranges into thin slices.
Step 2
Place the oranges on a lined baking sheet and bake for 3 hours.



Step 3
After 3 hours, remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 4
Use scissors to help slide the the orange slices onto a garland Drape it on your tree, your mantle, or over your door!


Christmas Cookie Ornaments
Missing a few ornaments on the tree? Follow our cookie recipe and add holes before you bake them. Grab some cute ribbon and in a few minutes you'll have decorative gingerbread ornaments that you can eat, too!

Homemade Chocolate Truffles

A gift that everyone loves! Make your friends and family a sweet bag of cocoa truffles, and they'll know you care. Everyone will ask you for the recipe, and maybe next year you'll be the one getting them as a gift!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12oz baking chocolate
- 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or whole milk)
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. (You could also use a double-boiler over the stove top!)
Step 2
Add the butter to the melted chocolate. Stir until smooth & combined.
Step 3
Add the cream & a pinch of salt. Stir again.
Step 4
Refrigerate the chocolate ganache for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Once chilled, remove the ganache from the fridge. Add the cocoa powder to a shallow dish. Roll a spoonful of the ganache in your hands to form a 1" round truffle. Coat the truffle in cocoa powder. Transfer to a tray. Continue with the rest of the truffles.
Step 6
Chill the truffles for 30 min. Serve & enjoy!


Homemade Cookie Butter Spread
Who doesn't love a good sweet spread? The whole family will want to taste this homemade treat!
Make it to offer to your friends and family, or keep it for yourself! We won't tell ;) The recipe will just about fill one jar. Multiply according to how many jars you want to make!

Cookie Butter Spread
Ingredients:
- 7oz Speculoos/Lotus cookies
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 10oz sweetened condensed milk (about 3/4 of a can)
Step 1
Put the Speculoos cookies in a blender and grind until a fine powder.
Step 2
Add the cinnamon, honey, and sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Mix for 1 minute. If the texture is too thick, add a bit of water until smooth and thinner.
Step 3
Place the spread in a jar and chill in the refrigerator until it's time to gift (or eat!).
