Fresh goat cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash and cut the zucchini into cubes.

To make the crumble, mix the flour, parmesan, diced butter, salt and pepper in a bowl using your hands. The mixture should be forming crumbs and hold together when pinched.

Butter a baking dish. Add the zucchini, pesto, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
- Step 4
Add the crumbled goat cheese on top, followed by the crumble mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, until the crumble is nice and golden.
