Step 1

Feel free to oven toast the hazelnuts in a baking pan for extra flavor (optional).

Zucchini

Step 2

Wash the zucchini. Slice it into ribbons with a vegetable peeler, avoiding the seeds.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the zucchini ribbons, arugula, torn burrata & chopped hazelnuts.

Step 4
