Arugula
1 tbsp
Feta cheese (block)
2 tbsp
Hummus
1 oz
Roasted bell peppers

Slice the roasted peppers. - Step 2
Heat the tortillas in a hot dry pan or microwave. - Step 3
Spread the tortillas with hummus. Top with arugula, roasted peppers & crumbled feta. - Step 4
Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Roll them up & go!
