    Slice the roasted peppers.
  • Step 2
    Heat the tortillas in a hot dry pan or microwave.
  • Step 3
    Spread the tortillas with hummus. Top with arugula, roasted peppers & crumbled feta.
  • Step 4
    Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Roll them up & go!
