Watermelon

1/2 cup
Strawberries

1 tsp
Mint (fresh)

1/2 tsp
Sugar (granulated)
Utensils
Blender, Ice pop mold, Knife

- Step 1
Wash & trim the strawberries. Add them to a blender bowl. - Step 2
Remove the watermelon rind & seeds. Cut the watermelon into chunks. - Step 3
Add the watermelon & mint leaves to the blender. Add the sugar (optional). - Step 4
Blend until puréed. - Step 5
Pour the mixture into frozen pop molds. (You could also reuse empty yogurt cups with wooden pop sticks!) - Step 6
Freeze for at least 3 hours, or according to the mold instructions. Yum!
