Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing any seeds.

Kalamata olives

Step 2

Remove the olive pits. Roughly chop the olives.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 3

Roughly chop the parsley leaves.

Red onion

Peel & finely slice the red onion.

Feta cheese

Add the watermelon, olives & onion to a salad bowl. Crumble the feta cheese over top.
