Watermelon

Step 1

Cut the watermelon into cubes.

Red wine vinegar

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil (per person), salt & pepper.

Feta cheese
Salad (arugula)
Watermelon
Pine nuts

Step 3

To the bowl, add the arugula, cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese and pine nuts. Toss together to coat and it's ready to eat!
