Cook the rice according to the instructions on the box.
Cut the pork tenderloin in 1 inch slices.
In a frying pan on high heat, add a dab of butter and cook the pork for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
Lower the heat to medium and add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and grated ginger. (If the sauce is too salty, add a little water)
Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Serve the caramelized pork with the rice and season to your taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
