Avocado

Step 1

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit. Peel & cut into thin slices.

Cucumber

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Tortilla (flour)
Cream cheese

Step 3

Spread cream cheese onto each large tortilla or wrap.

Spinach (fresh)
Cucumber
Pine nuts

Step 4

Arrange the spinach leaves over the cream cheese. Add the avocado, cucumber, salt & pepper. Sprinkle pine nuts over top (optional).

Step 5

Fold in the ends, roll 'em up, cut in half & go!
