Veggie Quesadillas

Soooo good, we can't stop eating them!

Red onion

Step 1

Finely chop the red onion.


Step 2

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Step 3

Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt & pepper. Optional: add the juice of 1/2 a lemon.

Sour cream
Cheddar (shredded)
Tortilla (flour)

Step 4

Spread the avocado and sour cream onto the tortilla and sprinkle with the cheese and red onions. Fold in half.

Step 5

Add some red onions and cheddar. Then close the quasadilla.

Step 6

Cook the quesadillas for 2 minutes on each side, until the cheddar starts to melt. Cut into 3-4 pieces.

Step 7

Coupez les quesadillas en 3 ou 4.

Tomato sauce

Step 8

Serve with salsa and a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Enjoy!
