Step 1

Peel & cube the potatoes.

Step 2

Add them to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 15 min.

Green beans (fresh)

Step 3

In another pot of salted boiling water, cook the green beans for 5 min.

Veggie nuggets

Step 4

In the meantime, cook the nuggets according to the package instructions.

Step 5

Drain the potatoes & the green beans separately.

Milk (whole)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 6

Add the potatoes, butter, salt & pepper to a bowl. Mash together until smooth & creamy, adding more milk or water if needed.

Step 7

Serve the veggie nuggets with the mashed potatoes & broccoli. Season to taste. Enjoy!
