Cut the broccoli into florets.

Cook the florets in a pot of salted boiling water for 7 minutes, or until fork-tender.

Veggie nuggets

Step 3

While the broccoli is cooking, cook the veggie nuggets according to the package instructions.

Butter (unsalted)

Step 4

Drain the broccoli. Add to a bowl with the butter, salt & pepper. Mash together until smooth & creamy.

Step 5

Serve the nuggets with the mashed broccoli. Enjoy!
