Stove top, Frying pan
Toast the buns in a hot frying pan for 15 to 30 seconds with a dab of butter or a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the veggie patties to the pan and cook for 2 minutes on one side.
Cut the onion in thin slices.
Flip the patties and add a slice of cheddar to each burger. Cook for 2 more minutes, covered, until the cheese melts.
Add the patty to the bun and top with ketchup, onions and lettuce. Add the top of the bun and serve. Enjoy!
