Vegetable stock (cube)

- Step 1
Mince the garlic.
- Step 2
In a frying pan or skillet, add the garlic, tomato sauce, oregano; salt & pepper, and mix. Add 1 cup of veggie stock (per portion).

Add the dry pasta to the sauce. Make sure it's completely covered in the sauce, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
- Step 4
While the pasta is cooking, toast the breadcrumbs in a small pan until lightly golden.
- Step 5
Serve the pasta with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Optional: Add some fresh herbs, such as chives or basil. Enjoy!
