Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets, discarding the stem.

Step 2

Add the florets to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 5 min.

Red onion

Step 3

While the broccoli is cooking, peel & slice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Add the onion slices.

Step 4

Cook, stirring for 2 min.

Meatless strips

Step 5

Add the meatless chick'n strips to the pan.

Ginger (fresh)

Step 6

Add grated or minced ginger (optional).

Cashew

Step 7

Add the cashews. Cook, stirring for 2 min.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 8

Drain the broccoli & add it to the pan.

Soy sauce

Step 9

Add ground pepper & soy sauce. Cook for 2 min.
