Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and set aside.
Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
While the ravioli are cooking, heat a frying pan on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the garlic for 1 minute and then add the sun-dried tomatoes.
Ajoutez les tomates séchées puis mélangez.
Add the heavy cream, spinach and 2 spoonfuls of water (per portion). Stir for 2 minutes.
Once the ravioli are cooked, add to the pan.
Add the grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and mix.
Serve hot and enjoy!
