Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash the pepper & remove the seeds. Dice or cube the pepper. - Step 3
Fluff the prepared couscous. Add it to a serving bowl. Then add the drained tuna, pepper, tomato & a squeeze of lemon. Season with salt & pepper. Top with a drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional). Enjoy!
