Stove top, Colander, Frying pan
- Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta cooking water.
- Step 2
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Step 3
Add minced garlic. Then add the sliced or diced sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Step 4
Drain the can of tuna & add to the pan. Break the tuna up into pieces as you stir the mixture.
- Step 5
Add 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water to the pan. Stir.
- Step 6
Drain the cooked pasta. Add it to the tuna & tomato mixture pan. Stir to combine. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle extra olive oil & add sprinkle on parsley (optional). Your pantry meal is served!
