Cream cheese

Spinach (fresh)

- Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the eggs for 8 min. - Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, cream cheese, lemon, salt & pepper. Mash together with a fork. - Step 3
Plunge the cooked eggs into an icy bowl of water to stop the cooking. When cooled, peel & roughly chop the eggs. - Step 4
Spread the tuna mixture onto the bottom slices of bread. Top with the spinach & egg. - Step 5
Close the sandwiches. Slice & enjoy!
