Step 1

Wash & slice the tomatoes. Add them to a serving bowl.

Basil (fresh)

Step 2

Tear the mozzarella into pieces. Add the cheese, anchovies, basil leaves, salt, pepper & a drizzle of oil to the bowl. Toss it all together. Enjoy!
