In a small bowl, combine the honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper & olive oil. Stir it all together. - Step 2
Wash & slice the tomato into wedges. - Step 3
Halve the avocado. Remove the pit. Then peel & slice the avocado. - Step 4
Arrange the tomato & avocado slices on a serving plate. Top with torn pieces of fresh mozzarella. Drizzle with your freshly made salad dressing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). Enjoy!
