Mozzarella di bufala
- Step 1
In a bowl, mix the honey, balsamic vinegar, and a tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper and mix.
- Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Step 3
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut into thick slices.
- Step 4
Combine everything on a plate with large chunks of mozzarella on top. Add the dressing and a few basil leaves. Enjoy!
