Ingredients

Country bread (sliced)

Step 1

Toast the slices of bread (either in a toaster or in the oven on the broiler setting).

Tomato

Step 2

While the bread is toasting, wash and thinly slice the tomatoes.

Tomato
Mozzarella (ball)

Step 3

Once the bread is toasted, add the tomatoes and slices of mozzarella on top. Season with salt & pepper to taste, and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Enjoy!

Basil

Step 4

Optional: Add some fresh basil leaves.
