Country bread (sliced)
Pomegranate

Step 1

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or in a pan with a bit of olive oil. Shell the pomegranate to collect the seeds.

Avocado
Lemon
Mint (leaves)

Step 2

Mash the avocado with salt & pepper, olive oil, lemon and chopped mint. Mix.

Spread generously on the toast, add the crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds, olive oil and serve!
