  • Step 1
    In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Prepare the marinade: slice the onions and cut the meat into thin strips.
  • Step 3
    Combine the soy sauce, ginger and lime juice in a bowl. Add the onions and beef. Mix together.
  • Step 4
    Cook the beef strips on high heat with the marinade. Cook for about 4 minutes, or until the marinade reduces.
  • Step 5
    Season with salt and pepper. Optional: top with chives. Enjoy!
