Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, chicken, spices, salt & pepper.

Put the marinated chicken in an oven-proof dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, or until cooked through.

Rice

Step 3

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.

Step 4

Remove the chicken from the oven. Chop into large pieces.

Step 5

Serve the chicken over rice. Top all with fresh cilantro & a squeeze of lime juice (optional). Enjoy!
