Pasta (tagliatelle dry)
2 slices
Smoked salmon
2 handfuls
Spinach (fresh)
1 tbsp
Heavy cream
1/4
Lemon

Chop the smoked salmon into pieces. - Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. - Step 3
Reserve a bit of the pasta cooking liquid. Then drain the pasta. Zest the lemon & set the zest aside. - Step 4
In a pan over medium heat, add the cream, a splash of pasta cooking liquid & the lemon juice. Stir to combine. Add the spinach to the pan. - Step 5
Season with salt & pepper. Add the drained pasta & salmon to the pan. Top with the lemon zest. Turn off the heat. Stir it all together. - Step 6
