Sweet & Savory Salmon Salad

Salmon (fresh)

Step 1

Remove the skin from the salmon (if necessary).

Soy sauce
Maple syrup

Step 2

Marinate the salmon in a bowl with the soy sauce & maple syrup.

Cucumber

Step 3

Wash the cucumber. Cut it in half lengthwise, then into thin slices.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 4

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the salmon fillet. Cook for 2-3 min on each side, drizzling it occasionally with the marinade as it cooks. Remove from heat & set aside.

Feta cheese
Mixed baby greens
Cucumber
Salmon (fresh)
Cilantro (fresh)

Step 5

Add the salad greens to a serving bowl. Top with the cucumber, torn chunks of marinated salmon & crumbled feta cheese. Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
