Diced hash brown potatoes

Step 1

Cook the potatoes according to the package instructions. Season with salt & pepper.

Blue cheese
Sour cream

Step 2

While the potatoes are cooking, place a pan over low heat. Slowly melt the blue cheese & sour cream in the pan, stirring constantly. Season with salt & pepper. Set aside.

Beef (flank steak)

Step 3

Just before the potatoes are done, melt a pat of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak & cook for 2 min on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

Sour cream

Step 4

Slice the steak. Serve with the hash browns & blue cheese sauce. Enjoy!
