Ingredients for 1 pizza


peas (frozen)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cook the peas in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain, and set aside.

Pizza dough

Step 2

Roll out the dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the pesto on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Mozzarella (ball)

Step 3

Sprinkle the peas and shredded mozzarella.

Step 4

Bake for 5 minutes at 450°F.

Cured ham (Prosciutto)

Step 5

Remove the pizza from the oven, crack an egg in the middle and shred the prosciutto around the pizza.

Step 6

Bake for another 5 minutes. Tip: To keep the yolk runny, cover it with half of an egg shell.

Salad (arugula)

Step 7

Once the pizza crust is golden brown and the egg is cooked, remove from the oven. Optional: Sprinkle some arugula on top for some extra green goodness! Serve and enjoy!
