Wash the veggies. Trim the beans & shell the peas (if necessary). Cut the baby potatoes into halves or thirds.
Cook the potatoes in a pot of salted boiling water for 10 min.
Then add the peas to the potatoes. Cook for 3 min.
Add the green beans to the pot. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender & the veggies are crisp. Drain & set aside.
Wash, trim & slice the radish.
Drain the crabmeat. Arrange the veggies, radishes & crab on a serving plate. Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
