Ravioli (spinach and ricotta)
Stovetop, Frying pan
- Step 1
Roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes & set aside.
- Step 2
Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
- Step 3
While the ravioli are cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil, then either the minced fresh or the dried garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.

Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Step 5
Add the heavy cream, spinach & 2 tablespoons of water (optional). Cook stirring for 2 minutes.
- Step 6
Once the ravioli are cooked, drain & add them to the pan.
- Step 7
Sprinkle grated parmesan over top. Season with salt & pepper. Yum. Enjoy!
