Spicy Veggie Stir Fry

Stir-fry veggie medley (frozen)
1/3 cup
Jasmine rice
1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce
1 tsp
Soy sauce
1/2
Green onion (scallions)

- Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions. - Step 2
Rinse & thinly slice the scallion. - Step 3
Add frozen veggies & a splash of water to a fry pan over medium-high heat. Stir & cover. Cook the veggies for 4-5 min, or until defrosted. - Step 4
Uncover & add soy sauce, oil & chili garlic sauce. Mix it all together. Stir-fry the veggies for 3-4 min. - Step 5
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork. - Step 6
Serve the stir-fried veggies over a fluffy bed of rice. Garnish with scallions & enjoy!
