Couscous
1.5 oz
Feta cheese (block)
1 tsp
Red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp
Harissa (paste)
1 tsp
Mint (fresh)

Cook or soak the couscous according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Add a drizzle of oil & the harissa to a pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring for 1-2 min. - Step 3
Fluff the couscous with a fork. Add the harissa oil, salt & pepper. Stir to combine. - Step 4
Top with crumbled feta, vinegar & chopped mint. Add another drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
