Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Step 2

Thinly slice the chorizo. Peel & dice the onion.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion & chorizo. Cook, stirring for 5 min.

White rice
Paprika
Peas (frozen)

Step 4

Add the cooked rice, frozen peas & a pinch of paprika (optional).

Step 5

Cook, stirring for 5 min. The rice should get a little crispy & golden.

Step 6

Serve & enjoy!
