  • Step 1
    Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil & ground beef. Brown for 2 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spatula as it cooks. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 2
    Lower the heat, add chunky salsa & cook for 3 more minutes or until done. Want it spicy? Pick a fiery salsa or add hot sauce!
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a hot pan (or microwave) for 20-30 seconds on each side or until heated through.
  • Step 4
    To assemble, spread the beef & salsa mixture over tortillas & top with shredded cheese. Add a dollop of sour cream & sprinkle of cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
