Pasta sauce (arrabbiata)

Ground beef

1/2 tsp
Oregano (dried)
2.5 oz
Pasta (spaghetti)
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

- Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Reserve a bit of the pasta cooking liquid. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef. Season with salt & pepper. Cook the meat for 2-3 min, breaking it apart with a spatula. - Step 3
Add the spicy tomato sauce & a bit of the pasta cooking liquid. Stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low & simmer for 5 min. - Step 4
Add the drained spaghetti, oregano (optional) & half the parmesan. Mix again. - Step 5
Serve the pasta garnished with a drizzle of olive oil & the rest of the grated parmesan. Enjoy!
