Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
- Step 2
Meanwhile, wash and cut the tomatoes in half. Strain the tuna and capers.
- Step 3
In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the capers and cook for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, oregano and tuna and cook for 2 more minutes. Add 2 tablespoons (per person) of pasta water to the mixture and cook for one more minute.
- Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked, strain and add to the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt & pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
