Garlic

Peanut butter

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime & peanut butter. - Step 2
Add the sugar & a drizzle of sesame oil. (Vegetable oil is fine here too!) - Step 3
Whisk the peanut sauce together. - Step 4
Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions. - Step 5
Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced or crushed garlic. - Step 6
Add the cooked shrimp. Stir fry for 2-3 min. - Step 7
Drain the rice noodles. Add the noodles & peanut sauce to the pan. - Step 8
Stir it all together. Turn off the heat. - Step 9
Add the bean sprouts & stir. - Step 10
Serve in bowls garnished with extra soy sauce & fresh cilantro (optional).
