Cook the grains according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the ends off of the string beans and cook for 10 minutes in a pot of salted boiling water.
After 8 minutes, add the peas to the pot with the string beans.
Drain the veggies and the grains.
In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the grated garlic.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the lemon juice and mix.
Add the grains, peas, and string beans to the pan. Season with salt & pepper.
Add some lemon zest, mix and remove from heat.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
