Sushi rice

Cooked shrimp
1/4 cup
Edamame (shelled)
1 tbsp
Spicy mayo

Avocado
2 tsp
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
Carrots (shredded)

Mango
1 tbsp
Sesame seeds

- Step 1
Defrost shrimp if needed. Cook the rice according to package instructions. - Step 2
In a bowl, combine spicy mayo, soy sauce & half the sesame seeds. Mix well to combine. - Step 3
Add in the shrimp & toss until evenly coated. Set aside. - Step 4
Peel & dice the mango. - Step 5
Halve the avocado & remove the pit. Dice the avocado. - Step 6
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork. Stir in 1 tbsp rice vinegar if you have (optional)! - Step 7
Build the poke bowl! In a bowl, arrange everything over the rice & sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top! Enjoy!
