Shell the shrimp. Peel and mince the garlic.
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to the instructions on the box.
In a frying pan on medium heat, cook the shrimp for 2 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the garlic, oregano, chili, salt and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the freshly strained pasta and arugula to the pan with the shrimp. Cook for one more minute while mixing together. Serve with grated parmesan and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
