Sautéed noodles with shrimp

Ingredients

Egg noodles

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

String beans (fresh)

Step 2

In a large skillet or wok on high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and the string beans.

Garlic

Step 3

Grate or mince the garlic and ginger. Add it to the pan and cook for 4 minutes.

Carrot (fresh)

Step 4

Using a vegetable peeler, make long strands of the carrot and add them to the pan along with the shrimp and soy sauce.

Cooked Shrimp

Step 5

Ajoutez les crevettes et la sauce soja dans la poêle et mélangez.

Egg noodles

Step 6

Drain the noodles, add them to the pan and mix. Cook for an additional 2 minutes on high heat.

Step 7

Serve hot. Enjoy! Optional: to with fresh cilantro
