Stovetop, Colander, Frying pan, Pot (small)
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain when done.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausage & minced or chopped garlic.
Add salt & pepper. Stir, breaking the sausage up into bits as you cook it for 5 minutes.
Add the canned tomatoes & mix. Let it cook for 5 more minutes.
Reduce the heat to low, add the basil & let simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Serve the ragu over the pasta garnished with a hearty helping of parmesan cheese. Mangia!
