Andouille sausage (smoked)
1/2 lb
Fingerling potatoes
1/2 tsp
Rosemary (dried)
1/2 tbsp
Dijon mustard

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash & halve the baby potatoes. - Step 2
Place the potatoes & sausages in a baking pan. - Step 3
Add the rosemary, a healthy drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Stir it all together. Prick the sausages with a fork. Roast for 15 min. - Step 4
Remove from the oven. Stir the potatoes & turn over the sausages. Cook for 15 min. - Step 5
Serve with a dollop of your favorite mustard. Enjoy!
