- Step 1
Clean & trim 1/4 inch of the tough bottom asparagus stalk. Cut in half. Wash & trim green beans if needed. - Step 2
Halve the lemon. - Step 3
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle all over with seafood seasoning. - Step 4
Arrange green beans & asparagus in the air fryer basket. Create an empty space in the center by pushing everything to the sides. Place the salmon in the middle. Coat with cooking spray & season the veggies if desired. Air fry at 375°F for 15 min, flipping half way. - Step 5
Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, prepare the rice according to package instructions. - Step 6
Serve the air-fried salmon & veggies over a bed of fluffy rice. Add a squeeze of lemon & enjoy!
